VANCOUVER, Ore. (KPTV) – A man who was previously arrested for a brush fire and theft in Vancouver has now been charged with arson after a furniture store fire.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Josue Paredes Merino was arrested back on August 28 on charges of second-degree theft and reckless burning.
