PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The highly anticipated chicken tenders restaurant, Raising Cane’s, is opening in Gresham in September.
The new location will open at 20 NW Burnside Road on Tuesday, Sept. 22. It is the second location to open in the Portland metro area.
