PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A woman was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Tigard Friday night, according to Police.
Tigard Police said they are investigating the shooting as a homicide. Officers were called to the complex’s parking lot near the 9000 block of SW Washington Square Road just before 8 p.m.
They said witnesses reported seeing a man shoot the woman before running away. The victim died at the scene; police are not identifying her at this time…
