PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Police are investigating a mass tire slashing in downtown Portland after victims reported waking up Saturday morning to find some or all of their tires flattened.
At least eight cars were targeted in the blocks around SW Broadway and Salmon Streets early Saturday morning.
