The man who was barricaded in a home and reportedly cutting himself before he was Tased by a Portland Police Bureau officer died by self-inflicted stab wounds.
The Portland Police Bureau announced the findings by the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s office on Tuesday.
Bureau officials said the man’s identity won’t be released “out of respect for the man who died and his family.”…
