A historic railroad passenger car that the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad had hoped to restore was destroyed in a Friday, Aug. 28, fire at Furniture World SW in Vancouver, with investigators later determining the blaze was intentionally set.
A man who is already in custody has been charged with first-degree arson.
