PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Clark County jury found two people guilty in connection to the 2024 murder of an elderly Vancouver woman on Tuesday.
78-year-old Patricia Jimerfield was found dead inside her Lake Shore, Wash., home in October 2024. Clark County detectives then arrested her 31-year-old grandson, Jordan Sullivan for first-degree murder, and his friend, 30-year-old Alyssa Williams for second-degree murder following a months-long investigation.
Investigators reported Sullivan and Williams stole from Jimerfield and fraudulently used her bankcard the night before her murder.
