WASHINGTON COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A Gresham man is facing charges in Washington County for allegedly stealing a car and speeding away with a woman trapped inside early on Friday, according to deputies.
Shortly before 3 a.m., a deputy with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said they spotted two cars, a white Audi and a black Mercedes, racing west on Highway 26 near Southwest Murray Boulevard.
