PORTLAND, Ore. (KION) – A driver was cited for going 109 miles per hour on Delta Highway on Tuesday, according to Eugene Police.
The Eugene Police Traffic Safety Unit was investigating reports of drag racing on Delta Highway from Valley River Center to Beltline Highway.
They said the speeding driver was in a 45-mile-per-hour zone — going 64 miles over the speed limit.
