PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The long-anticipated five-week shutdown of Southbound I-5 through the Rose Quarter is here, as crews will begin closing ramps as early as 9 p.m. Friday.
The shutdown will be unfolding as thousands exit the Weezer concert at the Moda Center, which sits just across the street from the closure start point.
