PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was arrested Sunday after threatening someone with what appeared to be a gun during a fight near Central Library in Portland, according to police.
Officers responded to the scene and found two people in a confrontation. Authorities said one person threatened the other with a weapon before officers found the man and took him into custody.
Staff processing the suspect later discovered two replica guns in his possession. It was not clear why the Central Library was closed after the incident on Sunday…
