Central Precinct officers and other first responders were called to S.E. Nehalem Street near 16th Avenue in Sellwood, at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, for a reported stabbing.
According to Portland Police spokesperson Sgt. Kevin Allen, there they found a man “with some slash wounds, at least one puncture wound, and some other assault injuries.”
The victim said he had been attacked nearby, after which the man responsible departed. Ambulance crews rushed the victim to a hospital with injuries that are “not believed to be life threatening,” Allen told THE BEE…
