PORTLAND, OR – One person is dead after a shooting in a parking lot near the Portland Airport Tuesday night.
Just after 9pm, Portland Police found two men shot inside a car near the Home Depot off Airport Way. Levi Ruiz’s dashcam captured the moment about a dozen shots rang out.
