An eyewitness to the collision – the driver of a NW Natural dump truck, nearby – recounted that he had been traveling westbound on Johnson Creek Boulevard when he saw a Kia Soul in front of him cross over the center line for unknown reasons and smash head‑on into an oncoming Honda Accord.
