Portland woman accused of starving dog to death

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A Portland woman has been arrested on felony charges following an investigation into the severe neglect and starvation of a dog, authorities said Wednesday.

A Multnomah County grand jury indicted Khadija V. Bradford, 45, on two counts of first-degree animal neglect. Police arrested Bradford on Tuesday after a warrant was issued.
