VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Washington State Patrol is investigating a deadly crash on Highway 503 in Vancouver early Thursday morning.
The crash was reported at about 5 a.m. along SR-503 at the Northeast 71st Street intersection, a little north of Fourth Plain Boulevard.
