PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A former United States Army man from Hillsboro pleaded guilty to conspiracy to gather and transmit national defense information on Wednesday.
Ruoyu Duan, 41, faces a sentence of 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
