PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Portland Mayor Keith Wilson spoke with KOIN 6 about negotiations with the Trail Blazers in a deal to renovate the Moda Center, and he called them “fragile.”
The mayor said Blazers owner Tom Dundon is personally involved with the negotiations, along with a team on his behalf. Wilson said a lot is happening behind the scenes, even if a lot is not happening in public right now. But he said it is a delicate situation.
