PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Two groups of protesters clashed in a Northeast Portland neighborhood on Sunday afternoon, with some members of the groups pepper spraying each other.
The incident ended with Portland Police needing to clear the large group out of the Hollywood Fred Meyer parking lot.
