PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A knife incident involving a mom and her 23-year-old daughter ended in domestic violence charges Monday night, according to Vancouver police.
Officers responded to 1000 SE 160th Ave. just before 8 p.m. after receiving reports that the daughter had threatened her mom and stepdad with a knife.

“The mother went into her bedroom, and the daughter tried to pry the door open with the knife, while holding the blade, cutting her hand,” police said. “The stepdad wrestled the knife away prior to police arrival.”
