PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Questions are still swirling and a family is seeking answers more than six years after a deadly shooting in a Southeast Portland parking lot.
Evelin Navarro Baraja, 23, and a group of loved ones were gunned down near the intersection of NE Killingsworth Street and Cully Boulevard on June 18, 2020. Baraja was killed, and one of her friends survived.
