PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Emergency crews closed Highway 30 at the St. Johns Bridge for several hours on Wednesday morning.
First responders were initially called out at about 6:40 a.m., and a Portland Police spokesperson later said that the incident involved a person in crisis.
