LINCOLN COUNTY, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man died Saturday night after he was struck by three vehicles on Highway 101 near Gleneden Beach, according to Oregon State Police (OSP).
Troopers responded about 8:21 p.m. Sept. 19 to a vehicle-pedestrian crash near milepost 122 in Lincoln County. OSP said dispatchers had also received reports of a person walking in the roadway.
Investigators said 61-year-old Renee Ronilyn Wohlwend of Lincoln City was driving a gray Chevrolet Colorado southbound when she struck Nicholas Ryan Perkins. Perkins was in or near the lane of travel, according to investigators…
