PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Portland man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after law enforcement found him in possession of meth and multiple guns, including a stolen AR-15, in his residence.
According to court documents, in May 2024 law enforcement caught 55-year-old James Paul Arnold with a plethora of drug paraphernalia, such as crack cocaine, a container with meth residue, a large plastic bag of meth alongside smaller plastic bags, a digital scale, over $8k, and a loaded handgun.
