PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Thousands are without power in the greater Portland area early Friday morning as rain and wind moves its way through the region.
As of 6 a.m., Portland General Electric is reporting 106 active outages impacting 11,834 customers and Pacific Power is reporting 16 outages impacting 343 customers.

Farther north in Southwest Washington, Clark Public Utilities is reporting six outages impacting 605 customers.
