Majority ownership of Park Avenue West, in downtown Portland, has sold for over $100 million.
Las Vegas-based Swickard Group has acquired 90 percent interest in the half-block, 30-story building at 760 S.W. Ninth Ave. The building’s former full owners, TMT Development and its investors, will retain 10 percent interest.
