PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A stabbing investigation is underway after an incident in North Portland Saturday night, police said.
Around 8:30 p.m., the Portland Police Bureau said they responded to a reported stabbing in the 3500 block of North Michigan Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a victim with stab wounds who had run down the road. Officers provided lifesaving aid for stab wounds to the neck until medical crews arrived, a Portland police sergeant at the scene told KOIN 6 News.
The stabbing victim, along with another person with unspecified injuries, were both taken to the hospital and are expected to survive their injuries. The sergeant said if officers hadn’t packed the stab wounds to the neck, it may have been fatal…
