PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A protest was held outside the Home Depot at Mall 205 in Southeast Portland on Sunday afternoon.
Organizers say the demonstration is to protest the store owner’s recent enforcement that disallows day laborers from gathering in front of the hardware store as a hiring site.
