PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Clark County medical officials identified those who died in the fatal Battleground State Highway wrong-way crash in July.
On July 5, 42-year-old Kelly Jean Parker began driving the wrong way, moving northbound in the southbound lanes of SR-503, and crashed head-on into another car.
According to the cause of death identified by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office, Parker and her passenger, 46-year-old Andrew Hullette Allen, died from the collision. Police suspected they did not wear seatbelts.
