PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Former Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has been accused of retaliating against the current chief deputy district attorney in a recently filed lawsuit.
The lawsuit, filed by chief deputy district attorney Kirsten Snowden against the county, state, and DA’s office, alleges that Schmidt retaliated after Snowden filed a formal complaint over what she believed were legal and workplace violations.
