‘Sheer evil’: Family speaks out after man re-convicted of murdering Gresham woman in Pennsylvania

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A once-convicted killer was found guilty again after a Gresham woman was found dead in a Pennsylvania river in 2018.

A jury quickly found, for a second time, that 24-year-old Haley Lorenzen was brutally killed by her ex-boyfriend Phillip Walters on Tuesday in a Wyoming County courtroom.
