PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — On Monday afternoon, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office identified the man deputies found dead behind a business in a Fairview shopping center Thursday morning.
Deputies said they found 49-year-old Kerry M. Cottrell dead in the street around Northeast 227th Avenue and Halsey Street after they responded to a 9-1-1 call Thursday morning.
