PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A 15-year-old accused of bringing dangerous chemicals to Benson High School is expected to be back in court Tuesday, where prosecutors could ask a judge to send the suspect back to juvenile detention.
The teenager was charged on 19 counts, including attempted murder and domestic terrorism, for the incident on September 8, when authorities say he brought dangerous chemicals to school.
