Portland teen facing domestic terrorism charges remains at treatment center after judge’s ruling

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A teenager facing domestic terrorism and attempted murder charges remains at a mental health treatment center following a judge’s ruling on Tuesday.

The decision came despite pleas from prosecutors and one of the boy’s classmates to put him in juvenile detention.
