MULTNOMAH COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A 26-year-old Vancouver woman accused of killing a construction flagger during a hit-and-run in Gresham appeared in court on Friday.
Courtney McKee faces several charges including manslaughter and DUII for the Aug. 31 crash that killed 50-year-old Miguel Jimenez.
Police say Jimenez was wearing reflective gear and the construction area was clearly marked with signs and warnings. Dash and security cameras captured the moment McKee allegedly slid into the lane where Jimenez was working and crashed into him, throwing Jimenez into the air…
