Man found guilty of deadly shooting outside SE Portland convenience store to be sentenced

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man convicted of shooting and killing another man in a Southeast Portland convenience store parking lot more than five years ago is set to be sentenced on Friday.

A Multnomah County jury found Leonard Edwards, 23, guilty of first-degree Manslaughter and Unlawful Use of a Weapon back in September.
