FAIRVIEW, Ore. (KATU) — An E-Bike rider is in critical condition after crashing with a driver in the Fairview area on Sunday, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said.
The crash was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday along Glisan Street at Northeast 223rd Avenue.
