Battle Grounds Gaming Cafe is opening a new location at 1005 Broadway in downtown Vancouver, Washington, on the corner of Broadway and Evergreen Boulevard. The cafe’s website says the goal is to open no later than early January 2027, with a possible open house in mid-December.
The new space is about 4,119 square feet. It will include a cafe, a gaming area for tournaments and group play, a retail area and three private gaming rooms that each seat up to eight people. Saint Honore Bakery will supply daily baked goods.
The cafe is moving from Portland’s Hollywood District, where it operated for about two and a half years at 3738 NE Sandy Blvd. before closing in August. It opened in January 2024 as a board game and coffee concept, and Steve Coker has been listed as its owner…
