VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — A 22-year-old who is accused of shooting an employee outside of a Vancouver restaurant last month after getting upset over his food order has been arrested in Yakima, court records indicate.
The shooting happened at about 4:30 p.m. on September 4 at a Hawaiian food restaurant on NE Fourth Plain Boulevard.
