PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As a broad upper-level low-pressure system moves over the Portland region as we move into Sunday, the chance for numerous rain showers and even soaking rain at times increases.
While weather models are still not quite agreeing on the amount of rain Portland could see from Sunday to Monday, the models are currently saying the rain gauges could fill up at least a half an inch or just over an inch and a half.
