A Milwaukie man repeatedly walked out of a sunglasses store at Pioneer Place in Portland without paying, prosecutors allege, ultimately taking merchandise worth tens of thousands of dollars.
According to court documents, the suspect, later identified as 40-year-old Zachary Brock Eberhard, entered the Sunglass Hut three different times in September and left with over $14,000 in sunglasses.
