PORTLAND, Ore. — Open enrollment for 2027 health insurance begins Sunday, Nov. 1, giving Oregon residents an opportunity to compare plans, review premiums and determine whether they qualify for financial assistance.
For 2027, Oregon residents will use Explore Health, the state’s new health insurance marketplace, instead of HealthCare.gov. The new state-based system allows consumers to apply for coverage, compare plans and determine whether they qualify for financial assistance.
