PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two-time James Beard Award semifinalist for best chef, Jack Strong, just became the executive chef for Bellpine at the Ritz-Carlton Portland in the summer.
Before that, he was at the Allison Inn and Spa in Newberg for nearly four years.
