Man claims mistaken identity in Portland boat ramp killing; sentenced to 18 years

Asked why he’d done it, Jamias Hart-Rasberry turned to the half-dozen relatives of the man he killed and said it was a case of pure mistaken identity. Hart-Rasberry, now 35, said in court Tuesday that the red 1998 Jaguar convertible parked at the Gleason Boat Ramp in Northeast Portland on a crowded summer’s day in 2018 looked eerily familiar.
