The City of Roses breathed a sigh of relief today as Jeffrey Fucile, the 67-year-old man who had gone missing earlier this week, was found safe. Fucile, who suffers from dementia and was described as confused by tenants at his residence, vanished from his home on the chilly morning of January 23rd. The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) had been scrambling to locate him since he wandered off in just his green jacket, dark pants, and sans shoes.
