VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) – A person died after being hit by a car in Vancouver on Sunday night, according to the Vancouver Fire Department. Shortly before 8 p.m., fire and medical crews responded to the 136th block of Fourth Plain Boulevard where they found bystanders giving the victim CPR in the middle of the road. Despite life-saving efforts, the person was declared dead at the scene.
