PORTLAND, Ore. – A man with several past drug arrests has been charged with criminally negligent homicide after an overdose death in Portland late last year. According to court documents, a 25-year-old man was found unconscious by a family member after collapsing inside his house on December 30. He was given several doses of Narcan and transported to OHSU, where he was pronounced dead.
