GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) – A man from Gresham was arrested after ordering an international package with drugs and posessing over 16 different drugs and dozens of guns in his home. According to court documents, on Jan. 9, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at Los Angelels International Airport seized an inbound package from the Netherlands. Riley James Hinds, 38, had ordered under the package under his alias “James Settler”.
