PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Another atmospheric river brings wet weather back to western Oregon and Washington on Wednesday. This latest visit from the Pineapple Express is brief. Early morning rains will slow as the atmospheric river slides south along the west coast on Wednesday. Showers are possible throughout the day, but some dry moments will be felt around the greater Portland, Vancouver metro area by the afternoon hours.
