PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – After a warm and sun-filled day with temperatures in the upper 50s Saturday, things begin to cool down Sunday. Another system off the Oregon coast is taking shape Sunday morning and will move into the region by Sunday night. Expect rain to begin along the coast Sunday afternoon and into the early evening, then spread into the metro area.
